Terms & Conditions
Sprūs Interiores
Last updated: 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the contracting of services offered by Sprūs Interiores (“Sprūs”). By accessing this website, requesting a proposal, signing a contract, or making a payment, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Sprūs services are available to individuals of legal age and to legal entities with the legal capacity to enter into contracts. The client declares that all information provided is true, complete, and up to date.
2. SERVICES
Sprūs Interiores provides interior design, space optimization, styling, organization, and installation services.
The scope of each project is defined exclusively in the proposal approved by the client.
Services not included in the proposal (such as construction work, custom furniture fabrication, painting, specialized installations, or additional design changes) are quoted separately.
3. PROJECT PROCESS
Projects are developed in defined stages:
-
Consultation and kickoff
-
Design development
-
Approval and purchasing
-
Installation
Once a stage is approved (in writing, by meeting, or via WhatsApp), any subsequent modification will be considered a new scope and will generate additional costs.
Any confirmation that clearly indicates approval—whether provided in writing, during a meeting, or through digital messaging platforms such as WhatsApp—will be considered final authorization to proceed to the next project stage.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
-
The initial consultation fee is non-refundable and is applied toward the final project balance.
-
Prices depend on the scope of the project.
-
Commissions may apply for recommended products or managed services.
-
The payment schedule is defined in the approved proposal.
Sprūs reserves the right to pause or cancel services in the event of non-payment.
5. CHANGES TO SERVICES
Sprūs may modify its services, prices, or offerings at any time. Such changes will not affect projects already contracted, unless expressly agreed upon by both parties.
6. CLIENT-OWNED ITEMS (CLQT)
When working with the client’s existing pieces, the design outcome prioritizes optimization and integration rather than full transformation, and certain visual or functional limitations may remain despite professional styling.
7. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS
Sprūs guarantees the proper execution of the contracted services.
Any claim must be submitted within five (5) business days following installation.
No warranty applies in the following cases:
-
Change of client preference
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Defects or failures from external suppliers
-
Client-owned items (CLQT)
This guarantee is limited to the professional execution of approved services and does not extend to subjective preferences, changes of mind, or aesthetic reassessments occurring after installation.
8. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
While Sprūs Interiores does not assume legal or financial responsibility for the performance, delivery timelines, or warranties of third-party suppliers, it remains actively involved in coordination and communication to support the client throughout the process.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, concepts, boards, and materials created by Sprūs are the intellectual property of Sprūs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. USE OF IMAGES AND CONTENT
The client authorizes Sprūs to use before-and-after images or videos of the project for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
11. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Sprūs may suspend or terminate a project in the following cases:
-
Non-payment
-
Lack of client communication for more than seven (7) business days
-
Breach of contractual obligations
Payments corresponding to work already completed are non-refundable.
12. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client agrees to:
-
Designate a single decision-maker
-
Provide timely approvals and accurate information
-
Understand that delays in responses may extend project timelines
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sprūs shall not be liable for indirect damages, economic losses, supplier delays, or results arising from client decisions that go against professional recommendations.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the corresponding jurisdiction.
15. ACCEPTANCE
Use of this website or contracting of services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
