Warranty

Warranty and Scope of Responsibility

Sprūs Interiores guarantees that all services provided — including interior design, aesthetic proposals, furniture and décor selection, purchase coordination, basic installation, and organization — will be performed in accordance with professional standards and within the scope approved by the client.

1. Scope of the Guarantee

The guarantee exclusively covers:
• Direct execution errors by Sprūs Interiores in installation, placement, or organization.
• Inconsistencies between the approved design and the final installation carried out by Sprūs Interiores.

The client must notify any observations in writing within 5 business days after installation or space delivery. This review period allows Sprūs Interiores to address any execution-related details promptly, while the project team, materials, and installation context remain active. Observations submitted after this period may fall outside the scope of this guarantee.

2. Corrections

If the observation is valid and falls within the scope of this guarantee, Sprūs Interiores will carry out the corresponding correction at no additional cost, within a reasonable timeframe and subject to availability.

3. Exclusions from the Guarantee

The guarantee does not cover:
• Changes requested after final design approval.
• Personal preferences, changes in taste, or later aesthetic perception.
• Natural wear and tear, damage from use, accidents, or lack of maintenance.
• Client-owned items reused in the project (CLQT).
• Delays, defects, manufacturing errors, or warranties of furniture, materials, or products purchased through third parties.
• Work performed by external contractors, suppliers, or subcontractors (carpentry, painting, metalwork, electrical work, murals, etc.), even if recommended or coordinated by Sprūs Interiores.

4. Suppliers and Subcontractors

Sprūs Interiores acts as an advisor and coordinator, not as a direct executor of specialized construction or trade work. Each supplier or contractor is responsible for their own work and warranties. However, Sprūs Interiores will support the client in communication and follow-up with these providers when necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Sprūs Interiores is limited to the amount of fees actually paid for the design services related to the specific space in question.
